Our Philosophy
Since 1945, Bodegas Puente de Rus has been growing up and evolving within its environment. Now it relies on modern facilities, which
combined with our privileged land and our people’s wisdom. These elements all together help us produce young and creative wines, protected
by both the La Mancha designation of origin and Vinos de La Tierra de Castilla.

Our Wines
Our 2,750 hectares of vineyards are positioned in an average of 722 meters above sea level. The diversification of raw materials in our soils
(clay, sandy, calcareous soils ...) nurtures the roots of our vineyards and provides them with particularities which exist only in this region.
Besides, the characteristics of the orographic system along with the rainfalls guarantee both its complete maturity and adequate production of
acidity, sugars, tannin and polyphenols, and foster balance and structure within each single grape.
Our History
San Clemente is located in the southern part of CUENCA, which is a province nestled within the center of La Mancha plain, known as the "Land of Don Quixote".
”Castilla la Mancha is situated in the Center of the Peninsula; it relies on a modern network communication
made of road and railway. It is very close to Spain capital (MADRID) and is located in such a strategic point
toward Valence Port.
